Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatury medycznej, sprzętu medycznego oraz wyposażenia dla Oddziału Anestezjologii i Intensywnej Terapii, w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego „Przebudowa I piętra budynku „O” Zagłębiowskiego Centrum Onkologii celem utworzenia Oddziału Anestezjologii i Intensywnej Terapii – II etap robót budowlanych i instalacyjnych, w tym uzyskanie pozwolenia na użytkowanie”. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 5 części/Pakietów, z których każdy stanowi oddzielny przedmiot zamówienia: Pakiet nr 1 – łóżka szpitalne, materace przeciwodleżynowe i szafki przyłóżkowe Pakiet nr 2 – aparatura medyczna Pakiet nr 3 – kardiomonitory i centrale monitorujące Pakiet nr 4 – bronchoskopy jednorazowe wraz z użyczeniem sterownika Pakiet nr 5 – wyposażenie dodatkowe 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot i warunki realizacji niniejszego zamówienia winny być zgodne z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 roku o wyrobach medycznych…
