1. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 1.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa: oleju napędowego oraz oleju opałowego w przewidywanych ilościach (rzeczywistych): -olej napędowy: 200 m3 -olej opałowy lekki: 20 m3 1.2. Miejsce dostawy oleju napędowego (stan aktualny): a) Centrum Zagospodarowania Odpadów, ul. Podmiejska 69, 45-475 Opole; b) Cmentarz Komunalny Opole-Półwieś, ul. 10 Sudeckiej Dywizji Zmechanizowanej 31, 45-834 Opole; c) Stadion „Itaka Arena”, ul. Leonarda Olejnika 1, 45-835 Opole, 1.3. Miejsce dostawy oleju opałowego (stan aktualny): a) Centrum Zagospodarowania Odpadów, ul. Podmiejska 69, 45-475 Opole; b) Kaplica główna w Opolu-Półwsi, ul. Cmentarna 4B, 45-837 Opole; c) Baza Transportowa, ul. Przeskok 1, 45-627 Opole. 1.4. Dostawy realizowane będą w dni robocze od poniedziałku do piątku z wyłączeniem dni wolnych od pracy. Odbiór paliw przez Zamawiającego będzie miał miejsce w godzinach od 7:00 do 15:00. 1.5. Wykonawca zapewni transport oraz rozładunek na swój koszt.
