1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług pocztowych i kurierskich w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym w zakresie przyjmowania, przemieszczania i doręczania przesyłek pocztowych, kurierskich, druków bezadresowych, paczek oraz zwrot do Zamawiającego przesyłek po wyczerpaniu możliwości ich doręczenia w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r.- Prawo pocztowe (Dz.U. z 2026 r., poz. 558) oraz aktów wykonawczych wydanych na jej podstawie na rzecz podmiotów występujących wspólnie: a) Urząd Miejski w Gdańsku b) Straż Miejska w Gdańsku c) Gdańskie Centrum Świadczeń d) Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Rodzinie e) Gdański Zarząd Dróg f) Gdańskie Nieruchomości. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Rozdziale 2 SWZ.
