Description
1.Przedmiot zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi zaprojektowania, wykonania, konfiguracji, wdrożenia i uruchomienia produkcyjnego systemu informatycznego dla Regionalnego Centrum Medycyny Cyfrowej NIGRiR wraz z usługami integracji, dostawą oprogramowania niezbędnego do funkcjonowania systemu, przeszkolenia użytkowników i utrzymania systemu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) wskazano w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ Zamawiający wymaga, aby na przedmiot zamówienia została udzielona gwarancja na okres 36 miesięcy liczonych od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają SWZ wraz z załącznikami, w szczególności z OPZ (parametry techniczne) i PPU. 3.Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. 4.Miejsce realizacji zamówienia: Narodowy Instytut Geriatrii, Reumatologii i Rehabilitacji. 5.Szczegółowe zagadnienia dotyczące terminu wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia określa PPU i OPZ - zamawiający wymaga aby wykonawca dostarczył przedmiot…
