Przewóz osób w powiatowych przewozach pasażerskich na liniach komunikacyjnych użyteczności publicznej lub sieci komunikacyjnej przebiegających na obszarze Powiatu Zwoleńskiego. Linia komunikacyjna, linie komunikacyjne lub sieć komunikacyjna objęta przedmiotem zamówienia: obsługa linii komunikacyjnych obejmująca teren powiatu zwoleńskiego. Linie komunikacyjne mogą ulegać zmianom, tworzyć się nowe, wszystko z uwzględnieniem potrzeb mieszkańców powiatu zwoleńskiego. Przewidywany czas trwania umowy o świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego - nie dłużej niż 5 lat. . Przewidywana data bezpośredniego zawarcia umowy : grudzień 2027 rok. Organizator na podstawie art.23 ust.5 ustawy o publicznym transporcie drogowym zastrzega się możliwość zmiany powyższych informacji.
