Gmina Bobolice planuje dokonać wyboru operatora na świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego w trybach przewidzianych w art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 3 bądź art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym. Przewidywany termin rozpoczęcia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia: nie wcześniej niż jeden rok od dnia publikacji niniejszego ogłoszenia. Na podstawie art. 23 ust. 5 i 6 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym oraz art. 7 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia (WE) nr 1370/2007 Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 23 października 2007 r. zastrzega się możliwość zmiany powyższych informacji.
