Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa soli do MPGK Sp. z o.o. w Katowicach w ilości: a) 7000 t (+/-40%) w okresie od daty podpisania umowy do 30.10.2027 r. – sezon I b) 7000 t (+/- 40%) w okresie od 01.11.2027 do 30.10.2028 r. – sezon II Zamawiający gwarantuje realizację zamówienia w minimalnym zakresie wynoszącym 60% planowanej ilości soli dla każdego sezonu, tj. 4200 ton w sezonie I oraz 4200 ton w sezonie II, z zastrzeżeniem postanowień dotyczących prawa opcji.
