Obiectul acordului-cadru îl constituie furnizarea de Platforme hidraulice autopropulsate pentru incarcare/descarcare aeronave de tip 25K si 50K loader, necesare pentru sprijinul activităților de manipulare la sol și sprijin operațional din cadrul punctelor de coordonare, mișcare și transport aerian. Durata acordului cadru este de 36 luni. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor.
