Servicii de asigurare RCA Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu conditia ca aceste modificari sa nu se incadreze in prevederile art. 221 alin. 7 din Legea 98/2016, adica nu reprezinta o modificare substantiala.
