Obiectul contractului este Delegarea gestiunii serviciului public de transport judeţean de persoane prin curse regulate, în aria teritorială de competență a UAT Județul Maramureș - loturi reluate 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 28, 29 și 30. Prestarea serviciului se va face cu respectarea Regulamentului (CE) nr.1370/2007, a Legii nr.92/2007, a Legii nr.51/2006 și în conditiile stabilite de Regulamentul de organizare și funcționare a serviciului și Caietului de sarcini prin delegarea gestiunii serviciului public de transport judeţean de persoane prin curse regulate, cu împărțire pe 22 loturi corespunzător fiecărui traseu din Programul de Transport județean. Entitatea Contractantă îşi rezervă dreptul de a suplimenta, în condiţiile legislaţiei din materia achiziţiilor sectoriale, cantitatea serviciilor, fără organizarea unei noi proceduri de atribuire, în situaţia în care devine necesară prelungirea de trasee, introducerea de curse suplimentare sau…
