Description
Predmetom koncesie je zabezpečenie prípravy a poskytovania stravovacích služieb pre zariadenia pre seniorov, zariadenia opatrovateľskej služby a denné stacionáre v zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti hlavného mesta SR Bratislavy podľa podmienok jednotlivých častí koncesie; v časti 6 – GERIUM sa služba zabezpečuje formou dodávky stravy. Rozsah poskytovaných služieb vrátane zabezpečenia výdaja stravy je uvedený v prílohách č. 2A až 2F. Ide o nadlimitnú koncesiu na služby podľa § 4 ods. 2 v spojení s § 5 ods. 6 ZVO, zadávanú podľa § 105 ZVO. Koncesionár počas celej doby trvania koncesnej zmluvy znáša prevádzkové riziko spojené s poskytovaním služieb v rozsahu vymedzenom koncesnou zmluvou.
