Description

Le projet GeniLac® des Services Industriels de Genève (SIG) a pour but la création d'un réseau hydrothermique. Le fluide transporté est de l'eau potable traitée, sous pression, de température variant entre 1 et 30°C. Dans le secteur dit « P47 », entre l’extrémité de la chambre Ofrou et le giratoire P47, une antenne de ce réseau est constituée de deux tuyaux parallèles (1 bras aller, 1 bras retour) de grand diamètre (diamètres intérieurs 700 mm). Ces tuyaux sont constitués d'un tube en acier appelé âme tôle, recouvert en usine d'une couche de béton armé extrados, et d'une couche mince de béton non armé en intrados. Les tubes ont été aboutés sur chantier par soudure. Ils ont été posés en fouille ouverte dans un site fortement contraint. Afin de renforcer ces conduites, SIG souhaite procéder à un chemisage structurant apte à reprendre une pression interne PN16.
