Description
Ersetzt werden 5 AC450-Kontroller mit Nodenamen 22, 32, 41, 42 und 51. Eingesetzt werden neue ABB-Kontroller vom Typ AC800M PM866AK02. Die heute in Betrieb befindlichen, nicht redundanten AF100 Busse zu den S800 Peripherie Custer, müssen durch redundante Profibus-DP-Verbindungen ersetzt werden, inklusive der S800 Profibus-DP-Kopfmodule. Weiter sind die bestehenden Verbindungen zur Fremdperipherie (Kesselsicherheit, Stützbrennersteuerung, Krananlage, Turbine und div. Touchpanels) auf dem AC800M zu realisieren. Dies betrifft die seriellen Schnittstellen mit 3964(R) und RK512-Stack sowie Modbus RTU. Diese Verbindungsarten sollen vorerst mit den AC800M beibehalten und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt situativ durch Profinet ersetzt werden. Die dazu notwendigen Profibus DP Gateways sind zu beschaffen und zu implementieren.
