Předmětem je zajištění nutných služeb odpadového hospodářství v obci Všestary. Jedná se především o služby a s nimi související dodávky spojené se sběrem, svozem, přepravou a odstraněním komunálního odpadu, tříděných složek komunálního odpadu (včetně dotřídění a jejich využití), odpadu biologicky rozložitelného, objemného odpadu a nebezpečného odpadu. Cílem zadavatele v rámci tohoto zadávacího řízení je tak zajistit plnění jeho zákonných povinností vyplývajících ze zákona č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
