Description
Iin kunta kilpailuttaa omaan toimintaansa liittyvän palveluliikenne (Iikka) toiminnan kuljetukset tarjousasiakirjaan erikseen määrätyillä kriteereillä. Kuljetukset tulee toteuttaa eri reiteillä viitenä päivänä viikossa (ma-pe). Kesäaikana liikenne tulee toteuttaa kolmena päivänä viikossa (ti-to). Kilpailutus tähtää sopimuksen (ostoliikennesopimus) tekemiseen kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen tehneen tarjoajan kanssa palveluliikenteen hoitamisesta Iin kunnan alueella (Iikka-palveluliikenne). Sopimus tulee koskemaan ajanjaksoa 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028 ja mahdollisesti kahta peräkkäistä optiovuotta, joista tehdään erilliset päätökset (kumpikin erikseen) 1.1.2029 -31.12.2029 ja 1.1.2030 -1.12.2.2030.Liikenteen aikataulu on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Aikataulu on suuntaa antava. Reitit ajetaan kutsujen perusteella siten, että asiakkaat noudetaan tarvittaessa kotiovelta. Reitit muotoutuvat mukaan lähetevien matkustajien mukaisesti.
