Les stipulations de la présente consultation concernent la fourniture de signalisations et d’équipements urbains pour les besoins de CANNES LERINS AMENAGEMENT ET HABITAT. La consultation donnera lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande en application de l’article L2125-1.1°, du Code de la commande publique. La valeur de l’ensemble des prestations est définie de la manière suivante : Montant minimum par période 20 000 € HT Montant maximum par période 150 000 € HT La durée de validité de l’accord-cadre est la période à l'intérieur de laquelle s’exécutent l’ensemble des prestations. Elle court à compter de la notification pour une durée de 12 mois. Elle est reconductible 3 fois dans la limite de 48 mois Les prix sont traité à prix unitaires révisable
