La Communauté de Communes des Hauts de Flandre (CCHF) a adopté la compétence « mobilité » en juillet 2021 dans le cadre de l’opportunité offerte aux Communautés de Communes, par la Loi d’Orientations des Mobilités, de se saisir de la question des mobilités. Dans ce contexte de développement des modes de transports alternatifs à la voiture et notamment du transport en commun, la CCHF souhaite proposer à ses habitants de nouveaux services expérimentaux, destinés à tous les publics et pour tout motif.
