Description
Délégation de service public pour la gestion et l’exploitation du centre aquatique intercommunal CITÉLIUM pour une durée de huit (8) ans à compter du 1er septembre 2027. Procédure restreinte. L’ensemble des informations relatives à cette consultation est mentionné dans l’annexe indétachable du présent avis qui est mise à disposition gratuitement sur le profil acheteur de la CARCT. La procédure est organisée avec une première phase de sélection des candidatures par la commission délégation de service public constituée conformément à l’article L.1411-5 du CGCT et selon les critères énoncés au même article. Le nombre de candidats admis à la suite de la procédure est limité à trois (3) conformément aux dispositions de l’article R.3124-1 du code de la commande publique. Le Président de la CARCT engagera ensuite des discussions avec les soumissionnaires admis sur leurs offres, avant de saisir le conseil communautaire en vertu de l’article L.1411-5 du CGCT.
