Description
La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un contrat de concession de service public, sous la forme d'un affermage, portant sur la gestion et l'exploitation du complexe piscine-patinoire « Le Dôme » de la Communauté d'agglomération du Pays de Laon. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée de cinq ans, du 1er janvier 2028 et jusqu'au 31 décembre 2032. Le concessionnaire aura pour mission d'assurer la gestion du service public et l'exploitation du complexe piscine-patinoire mis à sa disposition par l'autorité concédante, dans les conditions définies par le contrat de concession et ses annexes. À ce titre, il assurera notamment la gestion technique, administrative, financière et commerciale du service, ainsi que l'entretien, la maintenance, l'animation et la valorisation des installations.
