Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Verpachtung eines passiven Glasfasernetzes an einen Dienstleister, welcher im Wege einer Dienstleistungskonzession als Auftragnehmerin (AN) den Netzbetrieb sicherstellt sowie Internet- und Telekommunikationsdienste auch als Bündelangebot an private und gewerbliche Endkunden gegen ein angemessenes Entgelt zur Verfügung stellt. Darüber hinaus obliegt der AN u.a. die Aufgabe, Nachfragern sowohl aktive als auch passive Vorleistungsprodukte unter Berücksichtigung der Informationen zu Vorleistungspreisen des BMDS vom 31.03.2026 (s. Anlage) anzubieten. Hinzukommen Leistungen der Wartung, Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung sowie Entstör- und Serviceleistungen sowie zugehörige Leistungen. Die Überlassung der passiven Infrastrukturen der AG an die AN erfolgt im Wege der Pacht auf Grundlage eines entsprechenden Netzbetriebs- und Pachtvertrages.
