Description
Gegenstand dieses Vertrages zur Besonderen Versorgung gemäß § 140a SGB V ist die ambulante Behandlung von Varikosen der unteren Extremitäten durch moderne endoluminale Verfahren - Lasertherapie oder Radiofrequenzablation - einschließlich Diagnostik, Eingriff und Nachsorge. Ziel ist die Verbesserung der Behandlungsqualität, die wohnortnahe Versorgung und die Vermeidung nicht notwendiger stationärer Eingriffe bei Versicherten der AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland. Die Versorgung umfasst insbesondere: - individuelle Anamnese und sonografische Diagnostik (farbkodierte Duplexsonografie, ggf. ergänzende funktionelle Verfahren), - Die Indikationsstellung erfolgt nach den Kriterien der jeweils gültigen Leitlinie "Diagnostik und Therapie der Varikose" der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Phlebologie (CEAP-Klassifikation ? C3 S). - Durchführung der endoluminalen Therapie mittels Laser- oder Radiofrequenzverfahren unter Einhaltung der medizinischen und hygienischen Standards, - Behandlung eventueller…
