Description
Der Landkreis Unstrut-Hainich beabsichtigt im Rahmen eines Offenen Verfahrens gemäß Vergabeverordnung (VgV), die bestehende AVAYA IP Office Serveredition R11.1 durch eine cloudbasierte VoIP-/UCC-Lösung als Software as a Service (SaaS) abzulösen. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die betriebsfertige Bereitstellung und der Betrieb einer zentral administrierbaren, hochverfügbaren Kommunikationslösung für vier Standorte und ca. 595 Nutzer. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die SaaS-Plattform, Standardtelefonie und UCC-Funktionen, Softphone- und Mobile-Clients, öffentliche Telefonie über SIP einschließlich Carrier-/SBC-Funktionen, die Übernahme und Portierung der vorhandenen Rufnummern, bis zu zehn physische IP-Telefone, zehn Analogwandler mit jeweils zwei a/b-Schnittstellen, einen zentralen Vermittlungsarbeitsplatz sowie eine KI-gestützte Vermittlungsfunktion.
