Description
Generalsanierung mit Teilabbruch und Erweiterung der Gustav-Leutelt-Schule Die Gustav-Leutelt-Schule besteht aus 4 Gebäudeteilen, die um einen Innenhof angeordnet sind. Alle Gebäudeteile werden generalsaniert, zusätzlich werden der nördliche und der südliche Gebäudeteil nach Norden hin erweitert. Die Gebäude werden nacheinander saniert, wobei mit dem nördlichen Gebäudeteil begonnen wird. Während der Baumaßnahme wird die Schule weiterhin genutzt. Zur Überbrückung werden westlich der Schule Container aufgestellt, in denen Klassenzimmer untergebracht sind, da die jeweiligen Gebäudeteile während der Baumaßnahmen nicht nutzbar sind. Der geplante Baubeginn ist im Herbst 2020. Diese Vorinformation gilt für alle auszuschreibenden Gewerke/Leistungen dieser Maßnahme.
