Der Wasser- und Abwasserzweckverband "Elbe-Elster-Jessen" betreibt am Standort zum Klärwerk 1, in D-06917 Jessen (Elster) eine Kläranlage zur Reinigung der häuslichen und gewerblichen Schmutzwässer der Stadt Jessen, umliegender Gemeinden sowie ortsansässigen Gewerbebetrieben. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung ist, für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2029 den auf der Kläranlage Jessen anfallenden maschinell entwässerten Klärschlamm (ca. 4.500 t OS / Jahr) durch ein zertifiziertes Unternehmen entsorgen zu lassen.
