Description
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Vergabe eines Totalunternehmerauftrags im Verfahren eines vergüteten wettbewerblichen Dialogs. Der Auftrag umfasst die Planung und Ausführung sämtlicher zur Realisierung des Projekts erforderlichen Leistungen einschließlich Koordination aller Fachgewerke bis zur Übergabe. Der wettbewerbliche Dialog ist für die Dauer von ca. 1,5 Jahre geplant. Die Veröffentlichung des Vergabeverfahrens soll im September 2026 starten.
