Az elektronikus fizetési és elszámolási rendszerhez (EFER) csatlakozott intézmények számára fizikai bankkártya elfogadói (POS) és azonnali fizetésre épülő (AFR) szolgáltatások nyújtása, valamint online bankkártya elfogadói (VPOS), SoftPOS és azonnali fizetésre épülő (AFR) szolgáltatások nyújtása – 2 részben, 24 hónap időtartamban, vagy a szerződéses keretösszeg kimerüléséig. Az EFER feladata, hogy megteremtse a közigazgatásban az elektronikus fizetés lehetőségét, ideértve a személyes ügyintézés során történő bankkártyás fizetést (POS), az interneten keresztül történő online bankkártyás fizetést (VPOS), és az internetbankos fizetést. 1.rész: Az Elektronikus fizetési és elszámolási rendszerhez (EFER) csatlakozott intézmények számára fizikai bankkártya (POS) elfogadói és azonnali fizetésre épülő (AFR) szolgáltatások nyújtása.
