Description
Dublin Port Company (DPC) The Contracting Entity proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of single party framework agreement to provide Fuel Oil Supplies to the Dublin Port Estate. The scope includes the supply and delivery of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), Marine Gas Oil (MGO) and Kerosene to support DPC’s marine operations, building heating and standby power requirements. Fuel deliveries will serve DPC’s vessels, including pilot boats, tugs and workboats, together with terminal buildings, operational premises, back-up generators and associated fuel storage facilities across the estate. The successful tenderer will be required to ensure reliable and safe deliveries to DPC’s nominated delivery points, in quantities and at frequencies in line with operational activity.
