Description
La Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa ha la necessità di acquisire, per le esigenze dei propri Uffici operativi, il prodotto "FACTSET Workstations" e il servizio di accesso alla banca dati "FACTSET ESG RepRisk", prodotte e fornite in esclusiva dalla società FactSet UK Limited. Il contratto avrà durata di 24 mesi e l'importo presunto dell'acquisizione è pari ad € 315.000,00 (IVA esente). L'intendimento di acquisire i servizi direttamente dal produttore discende dalla sua infungibilità, che l'Avviso mira a comprovare. A tal fine, l'Istituto intende avviare una procedura negoziata senza previa pubblicazione di bando, ai sensi dell'art. 76, comma 2, lett. b), n. 3), del d.lgs. 36/2023, con la FactSet UK Limited che, a quanto risulta, produce e distribuisce i servizi in esclusiva
