Il servizio oggetto della presente procedura è finalizzato a garantire la protezione del patrimonio immobiliare della Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Pisa nonché la sicurezza delle persone e delle cose presenti negli immobili e dovrà essere espletato ai sensi del Regio Decreto 18.6.1931, n. 773 (T.U.L.P.S. - Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza), del Regio Decreto 6.5.1940, n. 635 (Regolamento di esecuzione del T.U.L.P.S.), del Decreto del Ministero dell'Interno 1.12.2010, n. 269 (Regolamento recante disciplina delle caratteristiche minime del progetto organizzativo e dei requisiti minimi di qualità degli istituti e dei servizi, nonché dei requisiti professionali e di capacità tecnica richiesti per la direzione dei medesimi istituti e per lo svolgimento di incarichi organizzativi nell'ambito degli stessi istituti) e delle ulteriori disposizioni legislative e regolamentari in materia.
