Global service per la gestione manutentiva degli immobili delle Sedi Regionali Rai Trentino, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Marche e Sicilia, per una durata di 36 mesi con opzione di proroga della durata massima di ulteriori 24 mesi, da esercitarsi anche in via frazionata per un minimo di 6 mesi (durata massima 60 mesi). La prestazione richiesta riguarda l’esercizio e la manutenzione degli impianti elettrici, di riscaldamento, di ventilazione e condizionamento aria (HVAC), idrici sanitari e idrici antincendio, elevatori, rivelazione automatica incendi, controllo accessi, TV (rete visione interna), telefonici (TP) e trasmissione dati (TD), antintrusione e televisione circuito chiuso (TVCC), nonché del servizio di minuta manutenzione edile e del servizio di manutenzione delle aree verdi.
