De Aanbestedende dienst wil één marktpartij (Aannemer) contracteren door middel van een raamovereenkomst voor het verzorgen van de volgende diensten: - Eenmalige inspectie alle kunstwerken 2028; - In jaar 5 nogmaals een inspectie van alle kunstwerken 2032; - Extra inspectie cruciale kunstwerken in 2030; - Extra inspectie cruciale kunstwerken in 2034 (bij optionele verlenging); - Herzien van bestaande MJOP na iedere inspectie; - Opstellen onderhoudsadviezen en werkbeschrijvingen; - Constructieve beschouwingen; - Opstellen en begeleiden van deelopdrachten, inclusief Directie & Toezicht; - Ondersteuning van Opdrachtgever met verwerken data in ObSurv; - Second opinion van projecten van civiele kunstwerken van andere afdelingen; - Algemene advisering van Opdrachtgever over beheer en onderhoud kunstwerken. 1,00
