Description
De overeenkomst bestaat uit de levering van tank- en laadpassen en daarmee de brandstof voor de voertuigen van de GGD BZO wordt vormgegeven middels een overeenkomst met één leverancier. Voor deze overeenkomst geldt een initiële looptijd van 4 jaar met daarna de optie om de overeenkomst één keer met twee jaar te verlengen. Daarna eindigt de overeenkomst van rechtswege. De overeenkomst vangt naar verwachting aan op 01-01-2027 en heeft dan betrekking op alle voertuigen van de GGD BZO. Gedurende de looptijd heeft de GGD BZO het recht voertuigen toe te voegen, te laten vervallen of te wijzigen van soort brandstof indien dit noodzakelijk of gewenst is, dit zonder dat dit van invloed is op de afgegeven prijzen en overeenkomstige looptijd.
