Description
Het doel van de Aanbestedingsprocedure is het sluiten van de Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor een aansprakelijkheidsverzekering voor gemeenten. De Overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 3 jaar met een wederzijdse optionele verlenging van zeven maal twaalf maanden en zal naar verwachting ingaan per 1 januari 2027 Eventuele verlenging geschiedt onder gelijkblijvende voorwaarden en condities; na het verstrijken van het eerste verzekeringsjaar is indexering conform de van toepassing zijnde CPI (Consumenten Prijs Index) toegestaan. De nadere beschrijving van de opdracht is opgenomen in de sluitnota (Bijlage C.1) .
