Gemeente Veenendaal besteedt Europees openbaar een Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering aan (deelopdracht 1), in combinatie met een Goed Werkgeverschapsverzekering of gelijkwaardig product voor werknemers en inhuurkrachten (deelopdracht 2). Beide deelopdrachten zijn onlosmakelijk verbonden qua premiestelling en dekking en worden aan één Opdrachtnemer gegund op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Ingangsdatum 1 januari 2027, looptijd 3 jaar, met optie tot 3 x 12 maanden verlenging (uiterlijk tot 1 januari 2033). De opdracht omvat twee onlosmakelijk verbonden deelopdrachten: (1) een Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering voor de gemeente Veenendaal en (2) een Goed Werkgeverschapsverzekering (of gelijkwaardig product, zoals een Schadeverzekering voor Werknemers tijdens werktijd of een 24-uurs Ongevallenverzekering) voor alle werknemers en ingehuurde krachten.
