Description
Wagenparkverzekering ten behoeve van gemeenten Ooststellingwerf, Weststellingwerf en Opsterland Voor elk perceel komt een separate overeenkomst tot stand tussen Opdrachtnemer en de betreffende Opdrachtgever (gemeente Weststellingwerf, gemeente Ooststellingwerf, respectievelijk gemeente Opsterland). Iedere overeenkomst gaat afzonderlijk in op 1 januari 2027 en heeft een initiële looptijd tot 1 januari 2029. Daarna wordt iedere overeenkomst automatisch maximaal tweemaal verlengd met telkens 12 maanden, tenzij de betreffende Opdrachtgever de overeenkomst uiterlijk 4 maanden voor de contractvervaldatum schriftelijk opzegt. Het besluit van een Opdrachtgever om de overeenkomst voor één perceel al dan niet te verlengen of op te zeggen, heeft geen invloed op de overeenkomsten met betrekking tot de overige percelen.
