De dienstverlening betreft het (grensoverschrijdend) vervoer per spoor van militair materieel binnen en buiten profiel voor oefeningen en inzet in NAVO- en EU-verband in onder meer Nederland, België, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Polen, de Baltische Staten, Roemenië, Tsjechië, Slowakije, Griekenland, Zweden en overige Europese landen. Er worden enkel militaire goederen vervoerd. Het betreft een verdeling in twee categorieën: 1. Goederen tbv de eenheden in containers - variërend van militaire uitrusting tot bouw en geniemateriaal - en brandstof RID Kl 3 in tankcontainers. Tot de operationele mogelijkheden moet behoren om munitie RID Kl 1 te allen tijde te kunnen vervoeren indien door het Ministerie van Defensie daartoe opdracht wordt gegeven. 2. Rollend materieel (wiel- en rupsvoertuigen) binnen en buiten profiel.
