De Universiteit Utrecht zoekt een organisatie die het werven, selecteren en ter beschikking stellen van tijdelijk personeel in het kader van de wet Banenafspraak als dienstverlening gaat verzorgen. Deelname aan de aanbestedingsprocedure en de uitvoering van de opdracht is voorbehouden aan sociale werkplaatsen/ondernemers conform artikel 2.82 van de Aanbestedingswet. Dit betekent dat uw organisatie maatschappelijke en professionele integratie van personen met een beperking of kansarmen tot hoofddoel dient te hebben, en ten minste 30% van uw werknemers moeten werknemers met een beperking of kansarme werknemers zijn. De eis dat 30% van de werknemers binnen de doelgroepen van artikel 2.82 Aanbestedingswet valt, moet op een substantiële manier zijn ingevuld. Kortlopende tijdelijke contracten en nul-urencontracten vormen geen substantiële invulling.
