Zwembad Haasbroek bestaat onder meer uit een buitenzwembad, een gebouw met o.a. kleedkamers, douches, toiletten, horecavoorziening en een ligweide. Het zwemseizoen loopt jaarlijks van 1 mei t/m 14 september. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht bedraagt € 285.000, - tot € 450.000, - exclusief btw over de volledige contractduur, inclusief eventuele verlengingsopties. Deze raming is gebaseerd op de verwachte managementfee en backofficekosten.
