Description

ASG wil met deze aanbesteding ASG-breed meer grip krijgen op en sturing geven aan optimale invulling van inhuur. Dit behelst naast kwaliteit ook compliance, kostenbeheersing en goede managementinformatie, wat vraagt om een uitstekende tooling zoals beschreven bij de uitgangspunten en bij de gunningscritetria. De scope is afgebakend op inhuur van: • Bevoegde docenten en leerkrachten; • Onderwijsassistenten; • Ondersteunend personeel (in ieder geval tot schaal 9 schalen hierboven in overleg); • ZZP’ers. Uitgaande van de uitgaven in de laatste twaalf maanden is een jaarlijkse contractwaarde van € 4.000.000 ex BTW reëel. Hier kunnen geen rechten aan worden ontleend. Dit is puur een inschatting op basis van het verleden. Het is onzeker hoe de vraag zich de komende jaren gaat ontwikkelen. ASG streeft naar zoveel mogelijk invulling van de formatie met eigen personeel.
