Description
Het Passenger Service Point, hierna: PSP, vormt één geïntegreerd en herkenbaar dienst-verleningsconcept voor passagiers, bezoekers en overige gebruikers van de luchthaven. Het PSP voorziet gedurende de gehele klantreis in informatie, klantcontact, persoonlijke ondersteuning en aanverwante dienstverlening. De Opdrachtnemer voert de dienstverlening samenhangend uit via fysieke en digitale klantcontactkanalen en werkt daarbij samen met Opdrachtgever en de door Opdrachtgever aangewezen ketenpartners.
