De opdracht bestaat uit vier onderdelen, namelijk: - Omgevingsvisie - Notitie Reikwijdte en Detailniveau (NRD) - Plan-MER - Participatie De aanbestedende dienst raamt de waarde van de opdracht op €660.000. Inschrijvingen die deze raming overschrijden, kunnen terzijde worden gelegd. De opdracht omvat ten minste de volgende onderdelen: • het opstellen van een omgevingsvisie conform artikel 3.2 Omgevingswet voor het gehele grondgebied van de gemeente, inclusief een doelen- en beoordelingskader; • het uitvoeren van een plan-MER met verbrede reikwijdte (omgevingseffectrapportage (OER)) conform artikel 16.36 Omgevingswet, inclusief een foto van de leefomgeving; • het opstellen van één Notitie Reikwijdte en Detailniveau (NRD) voor zowel het plan-MER ten behoeve van de omgevingsvisie als het plan-MER ten behoeve van het omgevingsprogramma/ de kadernota voor het buitengebied; • het opstellen van een doorschuiflijst en een traceerbaarheidsmatrix overeenkomstig de eisen; • het opstellen en…
