Description
Oslo municipality c/o the Norwegian Welfare Administration, shall procure user controlled personal assistance (BPA). The current framework agreement for user controlled personal assistance expires 31 March 2028 and the Norwegian Welfare Administration has been given the task of procuring new framework agreements. Why are we making a prior information notice? In 2011 Oslo kommune implemented user choice for user controlled personal assistance. The aim of the procurement is that the user choice scheme shall function in accordance with the intention and that residents who are granted BPA have a real possibility of choosing a supplier. The framework agreements shall regulate the BPA service that the municipality procures from suppliers, i.e. the execution of the approved decision. The framework agreements will not regulate the district districts' processing of applications and the content of the decisions.
