Description
In accordance with the public procurement regulations, § 21-5, it is stated that Hamar municipality intends to enter into agreement tv and internet for municipal housing with Eidsiva Digital AS. Hamar municipality has carried out a probe in the market to determine whether there are alternative suppliers who can deliver TV and internet services via fibre to approx. 300 of the municipality's rental properties. The municipality has not identified other suppliers who can offer equivalent deliveries to all the relevant addresses and residential units. The rental housing is spread throughout the municipality.
