Description
Statnett’s mission is to ensure a secure electricity supply by building, operating and maintaining the Norwegian power system. We maintain emergency preparedness around the clock. Statnett is a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy. We also facilitate electrification and value creation for our customers and society. Statnett is establishing a modern security architecture based on Gartner’s Cybersecurity Mesh Architecture (CSMA) framework. A core component of CSMA is privileged access management, with identity serving as the perimeter for both humans and machines. Through this request for information, Statnett seeks to identify which solutions on the market manage privileged access in accordance with the CSMA framework. The solution Statnett seeks must support a hybrid infrastructure comprising both legacy and modern services. Please refer to the document “RFI Zero Trust platform” for further information.
