Description
1) Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające na utrzymaniu terenów zieleni Dzielnicy Ursynów- Al. Kasztanowa, Skwer ”Złotówki” w rejonie ulic: Ekologiczna -Polnej Róży, zieleniec przy ul. Sępa-Szarzyńskiego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: opis oraz standardy techniczne wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ; projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Formularz cenowy stanowiący załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 2) Obowiązki wynikające z klauzuli społecznej 1. Zamawiający w przedmiotowym postępowaniu stosuje klauzulę społeczną na podstawie art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. 2. Obowiązki wynikające z klauzuli społecznej zostały opisane w par. 15 projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU) stanowiących załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
