Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Stryków oraz z nieruchomości, na których znajduje się domek letniskowy lub z innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno - wypoczynkowe a także odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych prowadzonego przez Gminę Stryków. Wykonawca ma obowiązek odebrania każdej ilości odpadów komunalnych wystawionych przed posesję/wytworzonych na ww. nieruchomościach oraz zebranych w Punkcie Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
