Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest odbiór odpadów komunalnych od mieszkańców miasta i gminy Myślenice i wywóz wszystkich odpadów do Zakładu Utylizacji Odpadów Sp. z o.o. ul. Andrzeja Średniawskiego 35, 32-400 Myślenice, mającego składowisko w Myślenicach, ul. K. Ujejskiego 341 zwanego "Zakładem". Odbiór oraz wywóz odpadów będzie obejmował wyłącznie odpady komunalne z wyłączaniem gruzu, odpadów wielkogabarytowych i odpadów problematycznych, których definicje zawiera Regulamin utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Miasta i Gminy Myślenice.
