1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje odbiór odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie miasta i gminy Ćmielów wraz z ich transportem i zagospodarowaniem. Powierzchnia miasta i gminy Ćmielów wynosi 11790 ha, w tym 1334 ha - to powierzchnia miasta Ćmielów. Liczba ludności zameldowanych na stałe na terenie miasta i gminy na dzień 31.12.2025 r. wynosi 6990 mieszkańców, z czego 2705 osób w mieście. W zabudowie jednorodzinnej (zameldowanych) wynosi 6325 mieszkańców, w zabudowie wielorodzinnej 365 mieszkańców.
