Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór, transport i przetwarzanie komunalnych osadów ściekowych kodzie 19 08 05 z Centralnej Oczyszczalni Ścieków (dalej: „COŚ”) ul. T. Edisona 16 w Gliwicach oraz oczyszczalni ścieków w Smolnicy, ul. Łęgowska, w ilości 15 000 Mg/rok z COŚ i 200 Mg/rok z oczyszczalni w Smolnicy: 12 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy jednak nie wcześniej niż od 01.01.2027r. lub do wyczerpania maksymalnej kwoty wynagrodzenia umownego, w zależności od tego, która z okoliczności wystąpi wcześniej.
