Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zrębków i trocin dla celów energetycznych do ciepłowni na biomasę w miejscowości Czarna Woda. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowi Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w OPZ stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 9 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 5. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert wariantowych.
